Tea is served in a 10oz plastic, bpo free bottle. 
Warm tea up for 30 seconds,  drink before going to bed. Next Morning, Allow yourself 1hr and half before leaving out the house. At So point during the time before you leave the house, you will feel a shift,at that point, go to the restroom, when you are done, you might have to return right back.
